Before You Come
Bring: Samples, Design Ideas, Pictures of Space, and Rough Measurements
Typical Job Progress
Selecting Material. Creating your custom counter tops begins with choosing all the materials for your project. We recommend choosing your counter top material first. Then, we can help match any other element in the project space (such as: back splash tile, paint color, flooring, cabinet finish, etc.) to the counter top selection.
Guesstimate. Brining rough measurements of the counter tops in addition to the material choice, will allow us to Guesstimate the job cost. (The Guestimate price is subject to change after we come and measure.)
Deposit. To hold your selections and get on our job list we require a deposit of half the estimated total.
Template. When your cabinet bases are set our templating team will come by and make a template (or pattern) to fabricate your custom counter tops. Any special requests should be addressed at this time. If you are getting your own sinks, we will need to pick them up at this time to fabricate the counter tops.
Fabricate. After templating, you will be given a call to notify you of any changes to the initial Guesstimate and finalize every aspect of your counters. Once given the final okay, the fabrication team will begin to build your counter tops.
Install. The final step in your custom counter tops is installation. We will need to have all faucets, soap dispensers, garbage disposal buttons, etc. at the house to drill holes in the counter top. The counters will need 24 hours to set and cure before any plumbing and/or electrical hook-ups can be installed. After the job is competed your remaining balance will be due.
